A lot of important dates were announced at our February meeting. The Plant, Bake and Book Sale will be on May 18. The book sale is a new welcome addition! The Strawberry Lunch will be on June 21st, again at Ann Clark's beautiful home. And the exciting, first for some time, Flower Show is scheduled for September 14th. Lots of goings on for our club.
After a brief meeting, our speaker had a different topic which involved everyone! Marcus Kurik, PT, MS, SEP, from the Vermont Sports Medicine Center talked about and demonstrated exercises and stretches that will prepare us all for working in our gardens. Everyone participated and had fun. Hopefully we'll all continue to "work out" and limber up for the spring.
