The Rutland Garden Club has enhanced the Rutland downtown street scene for many years with small gardens in city planters and flower boxes, supported by the Downtown Partnership, Rutland City, and local merchants. Last year we began a new tradition - as a spring transition, we added pansies to the flower boxes, after the winter greens were gone by. The Rutland Garden Club is committed to outreach into the community. This spring we brightened our senior neighbors' days with two lively events!
