Members of the Rutland Garden Club joined the happy throngs at Downtown Rutland's Friday Night LIVE celebration on August 1.
Our pop-up booth introduced the roving children to the joys of constructing their own Dish Gardens, with many choices of mini-plants and decorations. Many members attended, coaching the little workers on making their selections and carefully packaging the garden to transport about through the evenings festivities.
"Friday Night Live is a free outdoor concert series held during the summer on Center Street and Merchants Row. This fun, family-friendly event brings the community together to experience music, outdoor dining, shopping, children's activities, and more, starting at 5 PM. Downtown Rutland transforms into a unique concert venue with excellent acoustics."
